2. Registration

2.5 The Services are provided in Italian in Italy and in English in other countries.

2.6 It is possible to make a single registration per user. Multiple registrations will be deleted from Confezioni Andrea.

2.8 Confezioni Andrea reserves the right to refuse the user’s registration if it deems valid reasons. – before submitting the order form, the user must declare that he has accepted the general conditions of sale and that he has read the privacy policy and that he authorizes Confezioni Andrea to process the personal data communicated in relation to the purchase for related purposes to the provision of the Service;

– Confezioni Andrea will register the order form, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to the order and payment;

– once the order form has been registered, Confezioni Andrea will send the user, to the e-mail address indicated, an e-mail confirming the order containing a summary of the General Conditions, information relating to the characteristics of the product purchased, the detailed indication of the price, the means of payment used, the methods for exercising the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs and any additional costs as well as the indication of the assistance service;

– the contract is concluded when the user receives the order confirmation email from Confezioni Andrea. It is recommended to keep the e-mail received as proof of purchase or to store it on a durable medium;

– the order form will be filed in the Andrea Confezioni database for the time necessary to process the order and, in any case, in accordance with the law. In the “My Account” – “My orders” section of the Site, the user can consult the list of all orders placed.

4. Terms and conditions of purchase.
4.1 The offers published on the Site are available for a limited time and with a limited quantity of products. The validity date of the offers is indicated on the Site. Confezioni Andrea informs the user that all the colors of the products displayed on the Site have a purely indicative value of the chosen shade. The actual color of the product may not correspond perfectly to that visible on the Site. Any variations in the color tone displayed on the Site compared to the real one may depend on the resolution of the screen and / or the video card of the user’s terminal. 4.2 All the prices indicated on the Site are expressed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT. The transport price, to be paid by the user, is explicitly indicated and includes VAT. This amount will be highlighted separately on the order form prior to sending and on the order confirmation e-mail. In the case of purchases made outside the territory of the European Union, duties, taxes, charges, and any other customs and / or taxation deriving from or in any case connected to the import and customs clearance of the products are borne by the the buyer, so some to be paid by the buyer are the transport costs from customs to his home.

5. Availability
5.1 The products offered on the Site are limited in number. It may therefore happen that the ordered product is no longer available after sending the purchase order. 6. Delivery

6.6 In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will leave a postcard to certify the delivery attempt and which will contain instructions for collecting the package or for redelivery. In case of non-collection and if the subsequent delivery attempts requested are unsuccessful, the purchased product will be returned to Confezioni Andrea. After 30 days from the date on which the product was returned to Confezioni Andrea, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order canceled pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code Confezioni Andrea will reimburse the amount paid, reserving the right to request the costs of returning the product and storage costs. The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated to the user via e-mail. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used by the user for the purchase. 7. Withdrawal
7.1 The user who has purchased through the Site products that are not made to measure or personalized and except as specified in point 7.4, has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Confezioni Andrea, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from day on which the user or a third party designated by him and other than the carrier acquires physical possession of the products. Following the sending of the notice of withdrawal to Confezioni Andrea, the user will receive by e-mail a confirmation of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The user is requested to include in the return package a copy of the order confirmation and a copy of the paper purchase receipt included with the shipment. The direct costs for returning the product, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, are to load of the user.

9.4 Confezioni Andrea is liable to the user for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product and which occurs within two years of such delivery. The lack of conformity must be reported to Confezioni Andrea, under penalty of forfeiture of the guarantee, within two months from the date on which it was discovered. The possible loss of color intensity of the product or the appearance of any spots on the same resulting from its intense use, or rather, the constant exposure to atmospheric agents that can deteriorate the product, does not constitute a lack of conformity.
